- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Nice shop, decent meat but very pricey, e.g if you buy diced steak & kidney, its the same price as just diced steak ????? Pressed Ox Tongue £19 Kg what ! Range on counter very slim, so staff go out the back and get it then you dont see what you have until you get home and unwrap it, not shown to customer what they are getting before purchase. Different to the Butchers I usually go too, but hey they always seem busy so they obviously have a well to do customer base. I remember years ago someone telling me they purchased a fruit pie here very surprised that it was put on scales and sold by weight not as a unit, obviously there would be a margin of difference between pie weights, but normally sell a complete pie at a set price dont you ?By Admin, April 26, 2020
